What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept credit and debit cards.
CREDIT and DEBIT CARD transactions are processed by PAYPAL as part of their encrypted and secure payment systems.
Don't worry if you aren't registered with Paypal or have a Paypal account as credit card payments can still be processed.
If you prefer to pay by cheque just email us and we will contact you with the necessary details.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you have placed an order with FOG you will receive a confirmation by email within 24 hrs. If at any time you have a query about your order please feel free to e-mail us.

We endeavour to process and despatch most orders within a few days of our e-mail confirmation. In the unlikely event of any unforeseen delays we will of course let you know.

Delivery - to UK mainland

Your FOG product/(s) are despashed as 1st class recorded delivery. We aim to have the product/(s) with you within 5 working days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you have any queries regaring delieveries please email us at mail@foglifestyle.com

Terms & Conditions

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchse we will gladly exchange or refund any item within 7 days of purchase, unworn and returned in the original packaging.
Please inform us by e-mail that you are intending to return your order: mail@foglifestyle.com stating your reasoning for return the good/(s).
We highly recommend you return items to us via recorded delivery - we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. Goods are your responsibility until we have received them. Postage can only be refunded on faulty items sent via 1st class recorded delivery with receipt.

Please note:   PERSONALISED items cannot be returned, unless faulty.
